The material we use is a cold-rolled steel sheet and it is not perfect as it is a manufactured material. As such it has marks, scratches and small imperfections. I offer three finishes for you. RAW - This is as it comes off the plasma cutting table but with the dross, slag and sharp edges removed. The sheet may have some dirt on it and/or some oil like residue. LAC - The sheet will be cleaned, sanded and degreased. Then two coats of satin/semi-gloss Lacquer will be applied. PAT - The sheet will be cleaned, sanded and degreased. Then a patinated 'rusty' oxidised finish will be created. This will simulate 2-3 months of exposure to the elements. Over time this finish will just improve further. If you choose the RAW finish and degrease it and leave it exposed to the elements you will achieve a rusty finish also.

The most popular fixing I offer is the M8x50mm long studs. As these are great for mounting signs and nameplates to brick and stone walls. The sign is then mounted 20mm or so from the face of the wall creating shadow and interest.
